Jaimee Copeman is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care, with a strong focus on helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Jaimee completed her Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Humber College. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and has pursued additional training as a Certified Level 2 Manual Lymph Drainage therapist through Dr. Vodder School International.
Originally from Caledon, Ontario, Jaimee was drawn to massage therapy through a passion for helping people heal, recover, and return to the activities they enjoy most. She finds the most meaning in seeing clients regain comfort and confidence in their daily lives; whether that’s walking the dog, staying active with their children, or returning to sport.
Clinically, Jaimee has a particular interest in Manual Lymph Drainage, especially for post-operative clients such as those recovering from knee replacements. She also enjoys working with rotator cuff injuries, post-concussion patients, athletes, post-operative clients, and members of the aging population.
Jaimee’s treatment style is collaborative and education-focused. She values taking the time to listen and help clients understand what they are experiencing, so they leave each session feeling empowered and supported in their care.
Outside of the clinic, Jaimee enjoys playing soccer, hiking with her family and her dog Lily, and embracing life as a new mom to her daughter.
“I believe the best treatment starts with listening. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on helping each patient feel supported, informed, and empowered in their care.”
