If you are unable to make your appointment time, we do require **24 hour notice** so we can offer the appointment time to somebody else who is waiting. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the practitioner reserves the right to charge a missed appointment fee of 50% of the original appointment cost.

We are a private clinic and do not bill directly to personal health insurance plans . After your appointment, we’ll give you a detailed receipt that you can use to claim reimbursement from your insurance.

We do not offer OHIP-funded services, except for Sport Medicine Physician appointments, which are covered with a valid referral form from your primary care provider and a valid OHIP card. Some services provided by Sport Medicine Physicians may not be funded by OHIP; if applicable, these will be discussed with you during your visit.

We would like to give you advanced notice of our upcoming fee increase. We are sensitive to fee changes as we strongly believe that quality health care should be accessible by all. 

Please be advised that in order to keep in accordance with the Ontario Physiotherapy Association, Chiropractor Association and the Registered Massage Therapy Association, beginning January 1, 2026  there will be a fee increase on some services provided at Reactivate Muskoka, as our service fees have remained unchanged for the past two years. 

The new fees at Reactivate will be as follows:

• Acupuncture $70

• Follow-up with Kin via Chiropractor $50

Massage Therapy

• 90 Minute Massage $163*

• 75 Minute Massage $140*
